SHIPPING:

ship to the (48) contiguous states of the US. Items
under 70 lbs. are assessed a shipping and handling fee
based on the total dollar amount of the items. Due
to oversize restrictions, some items require additional
shipping and handling charges. Any special
handling costs or shipping fees will be added to your
order. Items not shippable via UPS Ground, can be
shipped via freight truck if you call and make special
arrangements. Other wise these items must be
picked up in our store. Items are shipped via
parcel post, first class mail, or UPS.

What is your refund policy?
All orders from the online catalog carry a 30-day money back
guarantee.
How do I cancel my order?
If you paid by credit card we are unfortunately not able
to cancel your order, as orders are processed for shipment
immediately upon completion.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 48 hours
of us receiving your returned merchandise.

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our

When will my credit card be charged?
We don't think you should pay for your order until it is
actually on its way. We will not bill you until your product(s),
including backordered items, are actually shipped. If your
items are shipped separately you will be billed each time
an item is shipped.

Do I have to pay sales tax
We are required to charge applicable sales tax for
orders shipped to Illinois. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) shipped in
IL. You may call us at 1-847-587-5553 to prevent a sales tax
charge from showing.
We will gladly credit sales
tax to exempt organizations
and government institutions. Government agencies
need only to list the agency for tax
exemption status. Tax exempt
organizations can just fax us
a copy of your tax-exemption form with
an address matching your order's billing
or shipping address. Please include
a copy of your receipt or your order
number.
Can I order without a credit card?
The On Line Store only accepts debit/credit
cards, however we gladly except calls to our toll free line
for COD, purchase order, GSA, or other non-typical orders. Please

What address should I enter in the billing
information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address
exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You
do not need to enter a middle name or initial.
How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, the order form will ask
you if you would like the product shipped to the same address
as your billing address.
If you do not want the product shipped to same address as
your billing address please select "No" and you will be prompted
for shipping information after you hit the submit button.
Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit
Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous
string of numbers.
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction.
Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit
card computer, either on our end or your bank’s end,
may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems,
you can contact us at our toll free number Monday through
Friday from 8am until 5 pm. Please provide us with any
error message numbers you may have received, as well as
the order number from the shopping cart.
