ONLINE STORE POLICIES AND INFORMATION

PRICES: Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.

SHIPPING: We ship to the (48) contiguous states of the US. Items under 70 lbs. are assessed a shipping and handling fee based on the total dollar amount of the items.  Due to oversize restrictions, some items require additional shipping and handling charges.  Any special handling costs or shipping fees will be added to your order.  Items not shippable via UPS Ground, can be shipped via freight truck if you call and make special arrangements.  Other wise these items must be picked up in our store.  Items are shipped via parcel post, first class mail, or UPS.

Please note we do not ship outside the contiguous United States:

Do I have to pay sales tax
We are required to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to MN. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) shipped in MN. You may call us at 1-218-326-0351 to prevent a sales tax charge from showing. We will gladly credit sales tax to exempt organizations and government institutions. Government agencies need only to list the agency for tax exemption status.  Tax exempt organizations can just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

Can I order without a credit card?
The On Line Store only accepts debit/credit cards, however we gladly except calls to our toll free line for COD, purchase order, GSA, or other non-typical orders.  Please call 1-218-326-0351.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, the order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address.
If you do not want the product shipped to same address as your billing address please select "No" and you will be prompted for shipping information after you hit the submit button.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank’s end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact us at our toll free number Monday through Friday from 8am until 5 pm. Please provide us with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
